This notice explains which data is processed when you visit atakanabanoz.com under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Data controller
Atakan Abanoz (atakanabanoz.com). This is a personal portfolio site and is not run on behalf of a company, and no services or consultancy are sold through it.
2. What data I process
This site does not ask for or store personal information such as your name, email or messages. There is no contact form. Only the cookieless counter described below runs, to understand how many visits the site receives.
3. Cookies and site statistics
This site uses no cookies and has no tracking tool such as Google Analytics.
Visits are counted by the site's own cookieless counter: the page opened, country, device type (phone, tablet, computer) and the referring site. Your IP address is not stored. This information does not identify you and is used only to understand how the site is used.
The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When this happens your browser connects to Google's servers and your IP address is passed to Google; Google Fonts sets no cookies.
4. Sharing and storage
The connection between you and the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Statistics are never shared with any third party, never sold and never used for any commercial activity; they are stored only on the infrastructure of the site's hosting provider (Cloudflare).
5. Your rights
Because the site stores no data that identifies you, there is no personal data of yours processed under Article 11 of the KVKK.
